About us
Founded in 2011, Palmetto Early Beginnings is a pediatric rehabilitation company providing personalized speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services to children from birth to age five. We serve families across South Carolina by delivering care in the child's natural environment, including homes and daycares.
As we celebrate 15 years of service, we are grateful for the support of the parents, therapists, physicians, and early interventionists who have helped make this milestone possible. Their trust and partnership have allowed us to grow while staying true to our mission: meeting the needs of children and families with compassionate, personalized, and high-quality care.
